  They over charge for rent, especially active duty military, they take all of your allowance for sub-par housing. They also add charges for profit at move out not the actual cost of repairs. Patrician takes advantage of the poor housing situation of the New Orleans area and supplies the bare minimum at maximum cost because people are desperate for a safe living environment with decent schools.
